Opsight Opsight Social Listener

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Opsight Social Listener (the "Service"), which lets you connect your Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook accounts and generates a private connector URL for use with a Model Context Protocol (MCP) compatible AI client. By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service does

The Service authenticates you with Google Sign-In, lets you submit or OAuth-connect credentials for social platforms you own or are authorized to manage, and issues you a connector URL. That URL is used by an MCP client of your choosing to read and manage comments on the accounts you connected. We do not post, read, or modify your content except at the direction of the AI client you configure and control.

Your responsibilities

Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opsight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken on a connected platform through an AI client you configured.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your connected accounts at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or remove access for any account that violates these Terms or a connected platform's own terms of service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
